Broomsedge, located in the Sandhills of South Carolina, will operate as a Limited Member Club. We deem this vision “private but accessible,” as we strongly believe the best golf courses in the world should be in reach for those who appreciate them. The course, designed by Kyle Franz and Mike Koprowski, embodies Golden Age minimalism in its truest form by leaving untouched the land’s dramatic chasms, ridgelines, valleys, plateaus, spines, hummocks, and hollows. Mother Nature built Broomsedge centuries ago – we just had to discover the holes.
Rough shaping began in Summer 2023 and is currently wrapping up. We expect to lay turf in Summer 2024 and be open for play by early 2025, with preview play potentially available by late 2024.
